Location, everything you need in apartment, was ace
Shower was blocked, only two coffee shots for 2 nights

The property was in a good location and staff were very responsive and helpful.
We were given the basement room and the window had to be open for the aircon system to work. It was during the heatwave so we felt a little unsafe for 2 girls. The room felt damp when the aircon was turned off so we had to choose between dampness or the window being open. There was only 1 mug and 1 biscuit for 2 guest which felt like it wasn’t set up properly after the last guest. We were also only able to leave the luggage at the property on the day of check out until 15:30 which messed up our day. Usually hotels allow you to store your luggage until the end of the day.
