The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable so much so that I would like the brand of the pillows so I can purchase myself haha.
The bath had a grime ring. I was told to keep the noise to a minimum which I did but unfortunately the neighbour’s did not.
I was not informed about the daily construction that would take place in the street.
The hot water was a nightmare to understand and the instructions said it was under the stairs in the next room. There was no stairs int apartment only an adjoining door to someone else’s property stay.
Toilet roll and other basics were not provided so I had to purchase on my first day in the pouring rain storm feeling tired and walking for an hour on the exception I was told I would be reimbursed which I was but no compensation-though that’s what was agreed on the telephone from the company.
I therefore couldn’t go out for 1 whole day after as my shoes were dripping wet.
