Chelsea 1-bed Flat with Patio

The place had a hairdryer, laundry detergent, drying rack, and tea & coffee, but these should be written on the listing. Stays cool in summer. Lots of space. Well equipped and quiet.

Could be cleaner. Individual bits of furniture have stains. Smells of cat, which we think is just the rug in the living room which should just be replaced. 0 communication once checked in, no replied to any of my questions. Many switches didn't work. This includes the bathroom fan, and kitchen lights. There seemed to be too many switches for the number of lights available

La struttura gode di un'ottima posizione per visitare la città, essendo inserita in una zona decisamente signorile e silenziosa. Abbiamo inoltre molto apprezzato il perfetto funzionamento del riscaldamento e l'erogazione costante dell'acqua calda. Un plauso va alla qualità del riposo e dell'igiene personale, garantiti da letti molto comodi, lenzuola perfettamente pulite e asciugamani a disposizione anch'essi puliti. Wi-fi e televisore perfettamente funzionanti.

Tuttavia, siamo costretti a segnalare diverse criticità relative alla manutenzione e alla pulizia, che hanno parzialmente compromesso il comfort del nostro soggiorno: Stato degli interni: Il pavimento in legno non si presenta in buono stato e negli ambienti si percepisce un persistente odore di muffa. Aerazione: Si registra il blocco delle finestre, che non si aprono; l'unico punto di ricircolo d'aria risulta essere la portafinestra che conduce al giardino. Cucina e dotazioni: Il forno è stato trovato sporco e le stoviglie fornite sono risultate scarse e non adeguatamente pulite. Spazi esterni: Il giardino si presenta non curato e sporco, con presenza di mozziconi di sigaretta all'interno dei vasi. Dispiace constatare queste mancanze poiché la struttura ha un altissimo potenziale. Siamo certi che, se maggiormente curato e sottoposto a una costante manutenzione, l'appartamento risulterebbe davvero eccellente.

Excellent location, spacious flat, accommodating host

Some essentials supplied, some not (ex. there is a dishwasher but no tablets/soap to use it with), many of the dishes were dirty from previous use, there was a lot of noise from neighbouring flats that was hard to ignore. The flat needs some love, it feels like just one of many properties being treated as passive income

Good location, lots of space and clean. Quiet and private. Great buses into town. Sainsbury’s and M&S food nearby. Easy check in.

In need of some tlc. Lumpy pillows, a couple of nails sticking out of floorboards, kitchen poorly equipped, outdoor areas barely maintained. Just feels a little bit sad and unloved.
