Très bien situé, bien équipé. Le quartier est sympa, beaucoup de restaurants et de bars, et des lignes de bus à proximité. Propriétaire a l’écoute
Il mériterait un bon coup de rénovation au niveau de la salle de bain et surtout un système de ventilation car l’humidité règne (les serviettes ne sèchent pas tant il fait humide). Le jardin pourrait être entretenu et utilisable, cela apporterait un plus à l’appartement

L'appartement est très bien. Il y a tout le nécessaire au niveau matériel. Il y a même un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge. Le quartier est très calme et très sympa. Il y a plusieurs restaurants et supérettes proches de l'appartement. Le métro est à 16 min à pied.
Il manquait des plats pour le four (plat à gratin ou plat à tarte). On ne pouvait aérer l’appartement que par une fenêtre, c’est dommage.

Good location, lots of space and clean. Quiet and private. Great buses into town. Sainsbury’s and M&S food nearby. Easy check in.
In need of some tlc. Lumpy pillows, a couple of nails sticking out of floorboards, kitchen poorly equipped, outdoor areas barely maintained. Just feels a little bit sad and unloved.
