El apartamento es muy amplio, algo que no siempre es fácil de encontrar en Londres. La cama matrimonial es muy cómoda, con un colchón y unas almohadas excelentes. El sofá cama también resultó muy práctico y cómodo, especialmente para nuestra hija de 10 años. La cocina está muy bien equipada y tiene prácticamente todo lo necesario. Como pequeño detalle, echamos en falta únicamente un sacacorchos. La ubicación es excelente y está muy bien comunicado. Hay muchos autobuses cerca y el metro está a unos 10 minutos andando. El apartamento está frente a un hospital, pero esto no supone ningún problema de ruido: por la noche no escuchamos sirenas ni molestias. También habíamos leído comentarios sobre el ruido del local de abajo, una crepería, pero durante nuestra estancia no tuvimos ningún inconveniente. Se escucha algo de música al salir del edificio, pero dentro del apartamento no se oye. Los anfitriones han sido estupendos, con una comunicación excelente y muy rápida. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el wifi y lo solucionaron enseguida. Además, nos dejaron dos ventiladores y un aire acondicionado portátil. Se solicita una fianza, pero nos la devolvieron al día siguiente del check-out, de forma muy rápida y sin ningún inconveniente. También tuvieron la amabilidad de permitirnos hacer el check-out una hora más tarde, lo que nos facilitó mucho la salida y fue un detalle estupendo. En definitiva, un apartamento muy cómodo, amplio, bien equipado y en una ubicación fantástica. La atención de los anfitriones ha sido impecable y todo ha resultado muy fácil durante nuestra estancia. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y lo recomendamos al 100 %.

Hay un poco de olor (humedad) al subir las escaleras, que solo es un piso, y que luego no se siente al entrar en el apartamento. A no asustarse!!! es solo alli

Very nice and clean apartment we truly enjoyed our stay. Tha staff is nice and provided detailed information regarding self check-in.

It was very hot when we checked in as we visited in summer. I wish the staff has oppened the windows prior my arrival to refresh the air. But they did provide 2 fans and they also offer portable AC if requested.

This is our 2nd time in the apartment and I have to say is the best in the area, we visit London 2-3 times per month for work and used other properties in the same are and by far this is the nicest we used and will come back again. Once you understand the checkin process it goes vey easy, I have seen 1-2 comments about the process and have to disagreed that is complicated; yes at first is easy to missed on the site but as we used it already once we knew where to look and indeed it was displayed on the booking page :) the amount for the deposit is also refunded after couple of days after departure so no issues with this. Yes is hot at the moment in the UK but they provided some fans in the apartment so wasn't a big issue ( we are also struggling with the heat back at home so this wasn't a problem ) The lady over the phone was very helpful with suggestions in the area and the coffee shop downstairs is very convenient. Maybe our 3rd visit will be without a deposit :D but again this seems normal for most apartments this type so not a big issue.

Maybe to have a spare set of keys can help ? But your suggestion with the key collection/drop off was helpful

Location is convenient. The bed is comfortable.

- check in process. I had to go to their office in Camden town to "check-in", pay a hefty deposits of £450. Then go to another location to pick up the key. On the document I signed it states the deposited ranges from £450-£1700. Ridiculous for such a short stay. - noise. The flat's windows face a corner of many noisy cafe and bars. The loud music and crowds go on from 8am to past midnight
