Introducing an elegant and beautifully decorated 2-bedroom Mews House located in a charming, centrally located cobbled Mews just moments away from Gloucester Road tube station. This delightful property also features its own private, secluded roof terrace, a rare find in London.
Gloucester Road offers a wide range of amenities including numerous restaurants, bars and shops, such as Waitrose and Sainsbury's supermarkets close nearby. In addition, Gloucester Road Underground station is only a 2-minute walk away and is served by the District, Circle, and Piccadilly lines, providing easy access to London’s West End and Heathrow Airport.
Layout:
The property consists of 2 main reception rooms, one with a large dining table and both with gas fireplaces. There is also a separate dedicated office space with desk. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and conveniently located off the main dining area. The property is split over 2 floors, with the bedrooms on the upper floor, each with their own private staircases. There are 3 Dyson air coolers for warmer months.
The property includes WiFi, a combined washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a large fridge freezer. This is an exceptionally spacious and comfortable apartment, offering everything you need for city living while affording you the peace and solitude of a quiet mews street.
- Children of all ages are welcome. A cot & highchair are available on request.
- The property may also be rented in conjunction with the lower 4-bed Mews House, sleeping 12 guests in total.

The house is located near some of London's most famous museums, including the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum and the Victoria & Albert Museum – the latter being renowned as one of the world’s greatest museums of art, design and performance. Also nearby is the Royal Albert Hall, well-known as a venue for diverse performing arts, especially the annual BBC Proms music concerts.
The extensive Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are within easy reach, containing Kensington Palace, two art galleries and Serpentine Lake, among many other attractions.
Parking: There is free overnight parking available in the Mews from 6:30pm until 8:30am. During the day there are metered bays in surrounding streets.
There is easy access to the M4 motorway and Heathrow Airport by car.

Our family of four recently traveled to London and enjoyed every second spent in this gorgeous home. It was immaculately clean! Our host was very responsive and ever so warm. Access to the tube was steps away. The mew views were picture perfect. The patio made for great start and ends to our day. The library collection was remarkable. The beds were very comfortable (I want those pillows…) Truly, we loved it all. We would love to return and will absolutely recommend to our loved ones visiting London. Many thanks for having us.

This is the best furnished, best equipped, and most comfortable of the dozen or so places we have rented in London. It isn't like the usual minimal short-term rental; it is more like a splendid private home. The host is as helpful as can be, and very welcoming. This place has my very highest recommendation.

This neat apartment hit all the high notes for location, comfort, security, and restful quiet. Easy walking distance from the Royal Albert Hall (we came to London for a concert), all the treasures of "Albertopolis," Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, and a well-connected Tube stop. The furnishings lacked for nothing -- and the owner's library is a paradise for curious readers and travelers. Staying in the "mews" made us feel like genuine London denizens.
