The hut was cosy, comfortable and had everything we needed. The setting was lovely and it was so easy to relax.

There was nothing I would change.

The shepherds hut was pretty, comfortable & had everything we needed. We were sad we couldn’t stay longer.

The shepherd's hut is a delight and has been very cleverly designed to accommodate a well appointed bathroom/shower area as well as kitchen/dining space and very comfortable bed. Very clean and well thought out with all sorts of additional extras and the hosts had also thoughtfully provided a nice range of teas, proper cafetiere coffee, milk, bottles of water and a bottle of fizz for our stay. We were especially grateful to them for also providing a lift to the hospital as my husband was going there for a procedure. This was above and beyond our expectations and were were very grateful for this extra help.

For people of limited mobility such as myself, the steps up to the hut are quite steep, so just to be aware of that. Also to note, in hot weather it might be worth bringing an extra fan as we did. A fan was very kindly provided by the hosts, but it might be worth bringing an extra one.
