The room was very nice, new and even bigger than what it looks like in the photos. The view to the lake was amazing and the balcony was quite big too. We really liked the automated blinds, especially the ones at the balcony that blocked the sun. And of course we loved the cooled floor as it was quite warm outside. The kitchen was also amazing and fully equipped with everything one might need and even more!
The private lake access is nice, but for swimming we went to the public "beach" nearby as it was nicer to get in the lake there. We also did not enjoy the quite soft mattress of the bed.

We absolutely loved this place! The apartment is very new, spacious, well-equipped, and extremely clean. There is also free parking nearby, which was very convenient. We simply had a wonderful stay.
The owners kindly upgraded us for free to an apartment with a breathtaking view, which truly made our experience even better. We are incredibly grateful to them for this generous
gesture.
Since the apartments are new, it seems that the management and communication are perhaps not yet at their best.
On the first day, when we arrived from the airport tired, the access code we were given did not open the apartment. We desperately tried to reach the owners by phone and WhatsApp, and it took about two hours before we finally received a response.
I would really like the owners to pay attention to this point and make sure that someone is always available to respond when needed. It would be a pity for such a high-quality apartment to be affected by a communication issue, as good communication can make an already great experience even better. Please take this as constructive feedback, because despite this issue, we truly loved the place.
One more thing that might be worth considering: since the apartment does not have air conditioning, it might be a good idea to provide fans for hot summer days.
