I had a pleasant stay at this lovely accommodation. It was clean, comfortable, and I appreciated the assistance during the check in process. The studio is modern, and everything is in perfect working order. It was also great to see that the accommodation completely matches the description.
The only disappointment was the lack of flexibility regarding my checkout. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a suitable train near the checkout time. The listing mentioned that late checkout was available for a fee, so I was disappointed when I was told it wasn't possible at all. I believe good hospitality is about balancing clear policies with reasonable flexibility when circumstances allow. Rules are important, but they cannot anticipate every situation. Some understanding in exceptional circumstances can make a lasting positive impression.
