1 BR Apartment in old town (Nicolson Street)

The location is excellent. Secure place to stay. Everywhere we wanted to go over a long weekend was walkable but there is also a bus stop two doors along the street and also one on the opposite side of the road. Shops are in the same street as are restaurants and take aways so a very convenient location. Bessie (the host) very responsive and helpful.

A tip for anyone going when the Fringe Festival is on - it can get noisy at night for a while however using ear plugs solved that problem if you need to have the window open, with the window closed noise is not an issue.

Location was fantastic. Security was good. Check in instructions were good.

Had to keep windows closed to block out city noise at night but one small fan not really enough for 3 people to keep us cool.

Bessie has arranged everything well and gave us a hand with the door, thanks for that. We enjoyed our stay in her apartment and the central location with the bus stops and a supermarket right in front. Also, there is a car park right in the back of the apartment where the entrance is. Expensiv yes, but close!

1. The online staff were very cooperative . 2. The location was close to the main road ,around 700 metres walk to centre.

1. The building is very old. 2. The entrance of the building is very bad . 3. The area around the entrance is dirty 3. No A/C 4. No lift ,the stair is very narrow and old like castles stairs 5. It was very difficult to carry 4 big luggage though that sair to 3rd floor . 5. The toilet is too small. You can't move inside. 6. It was not quite in side the flat because on the main road. 7. The kitchen is small. 8. The bathroom room set was old. In the wash pasin, there are two valves, one hot,one cool,just I want to know to mix the water. 9. The water pressure is weak .
