Host is super communicative and provides all required information. Property is immaculate and very well equipped. Location also very good and the bonus of being gated is great for piece of mind.
Parking is tight but this was known in advance, so not an issue if instructions are followed.

Rachel, the owner, is very informative and quick to respond. The flat is amazing—comfortable, well-located, not far from the city center, with beautiful interiors and a large garden. If I visit Edinburgh again in the future, I would definitely stay at this flat again.
The bedroom window faces the neighboring flat’s gate, making it uncomfortable to open.
One of the towels had a stain, even though I didn’t use it.

The property is newly renovated, bright, clean and tidy, kitchen is well equipped but I no need it as I don’t cook. coffee, tea and sugar are there but no milk. Perhaps landlord should consider to install cctv as the property is quite secluded.
Great location, not far from town or train station or bus station. Hop on and off buses available at any time.
