The property has the best of Almaty city views overlooking the city. The staff although a little inexperienced & had communication skills issues tried solving all our problems. The property is accessible by car & yandex Go, it's a 20-30 mins ride from city centre. Food & breakfast quality is good, though can get repetitive for a longer stay.

There are a few glitches in the capsule as all the instructions are in Chinese but manageable.

I had a great experience at Sunny Home Park Resort . The facility was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall stay felt convenient and relaxing. I’d definitely recommend it for a comfortable, budget-friendly getaway.

The housekeeping could be improved. During my stay, waste was left behind, toiletries weren’t replaced, The cleaning wasn’t up to expectations. I appreciated the towels, but other essentials weren’t replaced. There were continuous electricity fluctuations throughout my stay, which affected the comfort of the room.

Beautiful mountain experience We had a really lovely experience here. Since the property is located up in the mountains, the whole experience feels different from staying in the city. It is peaceful, cozy and surrounded by beautiful scenery, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy some quiet time. We stayed in the suite, which was comfortable, cozy and very clean. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The highlight was definitely the view. You get a beautiful combination of the mountains and the city, and the scenery is especially stunning around sunrise and in the evening. It is the kind of view that makes you want to simply sit back and enjoy the moment. The food was also very nice. We specifically requested a vegetarian breakfast, even though it wasn’t part of the regular menu, and the staff kindly prepared it for us. It was really delicious, beautifully served and exceeded our expectations. The property is a little far from the city, but in my opinion, that’s part of what makes it special. If you want a peaceful stay away from the busy city and a completely different experience, this is definitely worth considering. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place for the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful mountain-and-city views, cozy accommodation, excellent cleanliness and wonderful staff. If we get the chance to visit again, we would definitely come back!

Nothing! Except no food delivery available here from the city & the restaurant at the property has a limited menu, a day or two is still manageable 🙂

رائحة مجاري منتشره في بعض الغرف، لا يوجد ريموت لاغلاق الستائر، الافطار سيء، الموظفين في وقت تسجيل الخروج اتهمونا بسرقه ريموت الستائر رغم انه تم اخبارهم بعدم وجود ريموت اثناء تسجيل الدخول وتم التجادل معهم وحجزوا وثائقنا الرسمية الى ان احتد النقاش معهم.
