We booked a triple room and, overall, the stay was okay, but there are a few areas that could definitely be improved. Our room wasn’t cleaned for two consecutive days, so we eventually ran out of toilet paper and had to request more. Housekeeping could be more consistent, especially for guests staying multiple nights.
The room was also lacking basic amenities for three guests. It would have been better if enough toiletries and essentials were provided from the start or replenished daily.
The hotel has potential, but improving housekeeping and ensuring rooms are adequately stocked would make the guest experience much better.

Very less food choices no one listens not English speaking staff very old style bathroom repeat menu nothing for Vegetarian torn towel broken tiles in the bathroom very sharp white light in the room no night lights people are non cordial and sometimes even rude they hugely lack hospitality overall not worth the price hugely overpriced for value
