Staff are great. Breakfast was sufficient. Room 203 is however a biohazard. Did not sleep with the constant smell of effluent, and never did locate the source(s). Sheets (with black hair which is not from my head), pillows, mattress, towels, shower floor mat are all 'love hotel crusty', probably 10 years old and could have all contributed. The mattress protector was not a source of odour because it did not exist. Shower booth overflowed onto bathroom floor, which does not have a drain hole, and a swamp of stuff emerged. Curtains hanging by a few hooks less than intended did not close (sorry neighbors across the road). Apparently other rooms might be better from what other reviewers have reported, but if you can afford a few dollars more, then try a different hotel. The biggest shame in all this is that everything could have been tidied up for not much extra effort or cost.
I travel a lot, probably 3,000 hotel rooms alone for work. This room 203 was hands down the worst ever, and I have stayed in some rather challenging environments. Staff - I am sorry for my review, I think you are good people, but a biohazard really needs flagging :-)

I booked a non-smoking twin room for two people, but upon arrival, I was given a smoking room with a king-size bed instead. After I requested a change, the staff moved me to a non-smoking room, but it still had a king-size bed instead of twin beds, and the room was very small.
The bed sheets were too small for the bed and did not appear to be clean. Additionally, my reservation included breakfast, but I couldn’t find any breakfast buffet or receive any information about it.
On the positive side, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated.

It’s a bit far from the city center. There’s a nice coffee shop though two blocks away, and the Warm restaurant on the ground floor offers generous servings of noodle soup dishes. Hotel is nice but they don’t change the beddings. It was obvious that the bedding was already used when i occupied it. They did not change on three days i was there. The room key is the old keyhole style that’s not easy to unlock and lock.
