They have sauna that the temperature is pretty cold. I'm very surprise how could they call it a sauna. The worst part is sauna is the only thing i decided to book this hotel. When we complained about it, the staff just spoke something we did not understand, with a very annoying face, so I think it's some type of bad words idk, but highly not recommended

The location in the city is perfect, staff are very kind and helpful , breakfast is nice but as the hotel in the city it is somehow noisy.

I had a very pleasant stay at Mildom Hotel. The location is convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and overall the environment is calm and relaxing.
What really stood out during my stay was the excellent service. A special thanks to Rasool from the staff — he was very helpful, friendly, and spoke English well, which made everything much easier for me. He went the extra mile to assist whenever needed, and that made a big difference in my experience.
I would definitely recommend Mildom Hotel to anyone visiting Almaty and would gladly stay here again.
