Gas central heating is provided, with fuel and power included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. Travel cot and highchair available. Outside, there is a rear enclosed patio with furniture and a non-enclosed front patio. Off-road parking is available for three cars, and there is secure bike storage in a lockable shed.
