The Space:
Located on the west side of Coastal Highway just off Garfield Parkway Bethany West is a single home community with single and multilevel vacation homes. This single-level vacation home offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open living area that encompasses the kitchen and dining areas, a den, a deck, and an outside shower. THINGS TO KNOW This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. *Streaming only Recreation passes for use of the pool and tennis courts are $30 per person per week or $10 per person per day, as of 2024, and may be purchased at the Clubhouse near the back pool. Guests will be required to provide a copy of their lease at the Clubhouse when purchasing recreation passes. Recreation pass fees are subject to change at any time by the community. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Bethany West home is very nice. Simple, nothing fancy, but has everything you need. Nice house! 2 short blocks to the community pool! Less than a mile to the beach. Great location! And loved the outdoor shower for after the beach, too! Will definitely be back. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time at this beach house. The court is great if you have kids because they can play out front without the worry of cars driving past. The house was perfect with a huge kitchen, good size bedrooms and a very well stocked kitchen. Even had some kids silverware, plates and bowls which was wonderful for my 2 year old. The two outside showers were also really nice. Definitely recommend this house for families.
