About this house rental
This is a beautifully appointed, family friendly home. The first level is an open concept living room, kitchen, dining room and den, with new floors throughout. There is a half bath on this level for convenience.
Cozy up in either the living room or den, which are furnished with comfortable couches/seating. Both spaces have large flatscreen Roku TVs. There is plenty of seating for everyone to spread out on this level. Six people can sit around the dining room table, there is a high top table with seating for 4, and the kitchen countertop bar has additional seating for 3.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, a traditional coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, pots/pans, crab pot, crab mallets, platters, spice rack, blender, and all the other essentials!
The upstairs level includes the master bedroom with master bath (queen bed). The second guest room (queen bed) and third guest room (2 twin bunks) share a full bathroom. All three bedrooms come equipped with flatscreen TVs with Roku or Amazon Fire Stick. There is a washer and dryer in the hallway on the bedroom level.
The front porch has two Adirondack chairs, and the brand new back deck includes a charcoal and gas grill for your use. There’s also an outside shower beside the deck. The community has tennis courts and a pool for your enjoyment in the summer months, and enjoy the warmth of the wood burning fireplace in the cool off-season nights!
This immaculate property includes a pass for free parking at the beach. There is also a trolley stop that will take you right to Bethany Beach if you don’t feel like driving or biking (rental provided two adult bikes).
Linens and towels are not included. Renters should bring linens for the beds they plan to use (see sizes above).
Access to the house: There is keyless entry, and the passcode will be sent to renters prior to check-in. The owners will be in contact with guests whenever guests reach out/need anything.
The community: This community includes pool and tennis courts, and is within walking distance to many good restaurants, from fine dining to the popular, local diner. There is also a bike rental shop within walking distance. The house is tucked away on a circle, so biking and walking is safe for families with young children. It is approximately a mile from the doorstep to the sand.
Getting around: The shuttle picks up in front of the community for easy travel/access to the famous Bethany Beach boardwalk! Again, there is a parking pass if renters prefer to drive to the boardwalk, or bike into town with the two adult sized bikes provided with the rental.

This was our third stay at this property! We love the location, space to spread out, and the amenities. The property is clean and has everything we need for a family of 5. It feels secluded and lovely to take a walk or ride a bike around the cul de sac. Also appreciate the pool and tennis court access. Host is great, very responsive! We will definitely come back!

Had a wonderful week again in Bethany. Although this rental is one mile from beach we enjoy staying here. Lots of eateries nearby you can walk to or take the trolley to the beach and boardwalk.
