The home is tastefully appointed, ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep for all guests. Each room is designed with attention to detail.

Our home also offers high-speed wireless internet access, gourmet kitchen, range, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, fully stocked kitchen, cooking utensils, plates, toaster, coffee maker, bowls, silverware, pots and pans, clothes washer and dryer, outdoor gas grill.

THINGS TO KNOW
As a courtesy, we provide LINENS, basic started supply of toiletries such as paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap cleaning supplies. We do not provide laundry detergent.

High Speed Internet. -Guests can stream from their own accounts.
Bikes in the garage available for use in the neighborhood only as we do not provide helmets. Ride at your own risk.

Renters gain access to the clubhouse using a homeowner clubhouse card. Any unreturned card will result in a $100 fee.
Indoor Pool is not available for use to renters. (HOA rules ).

TO ACCESS and use community amenities:

The 2026 fee for renter wristbands is $38 per person per week. Renter wristbands must be purchased and worn by all renters, age six years and above, while using our amenities, including the pools, clubhouse/fitness center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

This fee is paid to the HOA via credit card and not the host. This fee is only collected if guests want to access / use community amenities'.

Indoor Pool is not available for use to renters. (HOA rules)

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere in the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a Ring camera located on the front door, above the garage door and patio. Please Note: this is for security purposes during the off-season.
