Welcome to your cheerful Riverwalk-adjacent retreat on iconic Water Street, designed for easy downtime and effortless exploring. You’ll be steps from the Cape Fear River and Wilmington’s Riverwalk, with downtown restaurants, shops, and attractions right outside your door. The space features all brand new luxury furniture and a comfortable, upscale feel throughout.
This studio is ideal for up to two guests and includes a king bed for a great night’s sleep, plus a cozy seating area to unwind after a day on the Riverwalk. The full kitchen makes it easy to cook simple meals and includes a stove/oven and a full-size refrigerator. A coffee and tea setup is provided to start your mornings right.
The bathroom is modern and clean with a sleek glass shower, fresh towels, and starter essentials (soap and shampoo) provided for convenience.
For entertainment, relax with a large 75" Smart TV with Roku. You can log into your own streaming accounts and enjoy a movie night after exploring downtown.

Absolutely worth every cent. Everything about our stay was perfect. A very clean, well located spot perfectly located right on the Riverwalk. Perfect access to everything and located in a spot quiet enough to sleep well at night. Excellent communication from the owner who was very kind and it was very easy to find the place. I would absolutely recommend and we intend to used them again in the future.
