Escape to our spacious & luxurious quiet countryside retreat in beautiful former golf course surroundings with wildlife walks from your door. Here you can relax, listen to the birdsong & hear our resident owls and maybe see the early morning deer or two. Separate garden & dining area. All fully refurbished. Upstairs balcony has rural views opening to a large architecturally designed spacious loft style bedroom with kingsize bed, & two separate single beds. There are luxury toiletries and with quality supportive mattresses you are sure to get a good night's sleep. Soft bed linen & fluffy towels provided. Downstairs modern open plan kitchen, dining area & lounge, There is a shower room with new tiling & large walk in shower. Wi-Fi, Flat screen TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, & soft furnishings to relax. Here you can be sure of quiet surrounding to relax and unwind. The lovely harbour town of Arbroath is only a couple of miles away, take a walk there along the nature trail or by car and a stroll to the harbour with its fishing boats and sample the excellent food & drink in the town’s many cafes and restaurants.
There are the famous sandy beaches of Lunan Bay and St Cyrus only a few miles away as is Carnoustie’s Championship golf course and St Andrews if you wish a game. The nearby city of Dundee, and Aberdeen and Edinburgh can all be accessed by train from Arbroath or a day out by car.
