Location and staff were great. I loved the walks and so peaceful. I loved seeing so many dogs and it was great being able to take our fur child.
The double mattress was really bad, we kept falling to the middle of the bed. It would have been good if there was a soap dish as bending down to the floor for my 75yr husband was really not good. A floor mat would have helped for slipping.

Caravan had the basics you needed.
Cant comment on and of the facilities because dogs are not allowed in the main building so we could not use the bar/restaurants/join entertainment. There was only a small grass area to exercise them. Caravan no. 5 looks directly on to the main building and play park so there was a lot of noise/traffic passing.
