The caravan itself was very comfortable and spacious, and we found it to be clean and well maintained throughout.
The kitchen was well equipped - certainly enough for us to cook a few meals without any issues. The complimentary tea and coffee sachets were a nice touch, even though we brought our own.
Check-in was straightforward (at the bar, for anyone unsure), and the staff member we dealt with was friendly and welcoming.
I’d seen some mixed reviews beforehand about how well stocked the caravans were, but we were pleasantly surprised - clean towels, fresh bedding, and all the basic kitchen utensils and equipment were provided, so everything we needed was there from the outset.
Overall a pleasant stay, would be happy to return.
On the Saturday evening, there was a party or event taking place in the main building/bar. The music was quite loud and carried across the site, to the point it was noticeable even from inside our caravan and disrupted the evening slightly. It may have been a one-off, but worth being aware of.
A couple of minor comfort points: the pillows were very thin - one didn’t offer quite enough support, while two felt a bit too much, which left me with a slightly sore neck in the mornings.
Similarly, the lighting in the living area was quite harsh, with only bright, cool-toned overhead lights available. Some softer, warmer lighting options (such as lamps) would make the space feel much more relaxing in the evenings.

The holiday home was ok
We couldn’t use the front decking as it was covered in bird droppings the table the chairs every bit of the floor and the railings where covered in the droppings and looked like it had been like this for a while it was disgusting
