Caravan was clean, spacious and perfect location.
Outside space, decking needed a power wash as it was covered in bird droppings. Outside furniture was unusable as it was also covered in bird droppings. Chairs were rusty and had no seat pads. Only 2 chairs for a 6 berth caravan. Raised it with staff on first day, it wasn't addressed by the time we left on day 4. Very disappointed!!

The location.
First time in a static caravan,there wasn't any demonstrations on how things worked such as working the boiler to turn the hot water and radiators on.
Also leaking radiators and im presuming the staff member who was in the black truck leaving the caravan before we went in could have flushed the toilet before we got there instead of leaving it in the toilet for us to see.
