Good value for money. Well equipped large clean traditionally furnished room with couch area and dressing table. Good bathroom with toiletries. Breakfast was a continental one which guests sort for themselves, with plenty of choices. Near to Arbroath and the coast
Separate shared bathroom.

It did the job. We were doing the cliff tour early so was just a quick overnight stop close by.
Shower wasn’t clean and filled up with water. Breakfast included three small slices of white bread that had been left out overnight (under a cover but still…). Milk and orange juice in fridge were a bit questionable. It was ok for the circumstances but I was a wee but disappointed.
