It was very well furnished and super comfortable! The location was excellent and an easy safe walk to town, Abbey, kids amusement center, and restaurants. We only wish we had more time to enjoy Arbroath and the apartment !

Fantastic size & balcony
The bedroom with the en suite could be doing with spotlights above dressing table.
The step in to apartment from the balcony was a bit dangerous as it was easy to forget it was there. A family member fell in the door twice.

Really spacious and clean apartment. Had everything we needed
Travelling with small kids so the stairs were a worry but we got around it by closing them in the living room. We were fully aware there were stairs when we booked so not a surprise but a baby gate at the top of the stairs would have been even better

Lovely spacious apartment. Clean and modern
Lots of space and storage if needed. Bathrooms lovely.
Balcony was perfect and safe for little ones. Comfy sofas and netflix on the tele.
Host was nice and checked in we were happy.
Could do with curtains maybe in the bedrooms as it was quite light in the morning with just the blinds.
I thought it had mentioned two doubles and a twin room.. I might have misread but if it was in the description. It might not suit people expecting a twin room to find 3 doubles.
The seagulls out the back are quite noisy in the morning also poop on your car if parked behind the building where the bins are
