The location of this property is fantastic. The building is frontline overlooking the beach right in the middle of the bay. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a 14 level tower block. On the 15th floor is a rooftop pool views stretching 360° around Benidorm. You also have a swimming pool at the front of the building slightly raised above the walkway which is an absolute sun trap. Perfect after a busy day exploring the town or lazing on the beach. The apartment itself was spotless. No complaints at all. We weren’t shown in to the apartment just given the keys which was a bit strange, so we had to find our own way around the apartment and what it offered. Living room and three bedrooms all have air-conditioning. Although we did not use the kitchen to cook the dishwasher and fridge not to mention the washing machine were very useful. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need including electric hob and small worktop oven. The property has a lift which is situated right outside the entrance to the apartment. The apartment has a balcony which is quite large and comes with four chairs around a circular table and a sun lounger. The views are amazing and it’s a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the world go past. Considering the location the area was quite quiet and only moderate noise from the hotel across the street, but that finished around 11 pm. There is a small supermarket beneath the apartments and you can also get a Thai massage which I thoroughly recommend. We were only given one set of keys for a group of four adults so that was a problem if you wanted to go out individually. Would definitely recommend this apartment and I can see why it’s popular. If I return to Benidorm, I would definitely try and book this apartment again.
