70 m² accommodation, very bright, with a large glazed terrace and panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the city.
It has a lift, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, seasonal communal swimming pool (01/06-30/09), covered parking in the same community building, 1 ceiling fan, 1 Television, iron.
The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- The key handover and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, commercial name BenidormBooking, just opposite the Casino.
- A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash alternatively.

The views and the space nice and close to everything and free parking and Wi-Fi.
The rule about not leaving anything in the apartment is tricky on one hand I can see why, but we would have liked to leave a tipa bottle of wine for the cleaning team, but were worried by the threat of loosing someall of the security deposit. Maybe reword it so next time we can leave something? Just a thought.

The views and balcony. Stunning. Beautiful property and I'd highly recommend
Bathroom door broke.. Needs to be painted and bed and pillow very uncomfortable key box at property would be highly recommended as have to walk to get keys and to drop them off

Was nice viev on the sea. Very nice location near for center.
The beds wasn't very comfortable.
