Great location and decent apartment
Air con could have been better, but the ceiling fan was good, so that helped.

-You are paying for the view and location- both great. -Use of balcony with chairs and table- clothes horse provided for drying clothes and swimwear. -Firm bed matresses -Compact kitchen but all utensils provided -Lift access -Free car parking -Free Wi-fi provided -Basic amenity pack provided on arrival -Did not turn on TV so cannot comment on it -Shower is compact but with small bathroom amenity pack provided
Sofa bed is horrific. Uncomfortable to sit on, let alone sleep on. You feel every bar under your back due to pitiful mattresses. It needs replacing. The one AC unit in the living room is not sufficient. Another one is needed for the bedroom as it is too warm during the hot weather. Small roof fan does not suffice and portable fan does not rotate so cannot move air around the room adequately either. This apartment is best suited for 2x people, no more unless the sofa bed is changed ASAP!
