Help appartement was prachtig, alles nieuw, water, koffie ter beschikking. Ook in de badkamer was alles voorzien. De ligging was vlakbij het centrum. De host was super vriendelijk.
Alles beviel ons. Het enige minpuntje was dat we niet op de hoogte waren gebracht door Roberto dat ook de 2e slaapkamer verhuurd was aan een ander koppel. Ineens kwamen zij uit hun kamer en was het ook voor hen een verrassing. Ze waren super vriendelijk en wij hebben ons dan maar zelf aan hen voorgesteld.

This was an amazing apartment, absolutely beautiful and extremely well equipped. Lovely comfortable bed, luxury bathroom, very nice sitting area and well equipped kitchen. Quirky lift to the apartment. Really good location, about a 7 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute into the town Square.
There were no faults really. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

L'accueil du loueur et sa sympathie a nous aidé et nous renseigner beaucoup de choses. La chambre très belle confort,ainsi que la pièce de vie.
L adresse difficile a trouver car rien renseigné sur le bâtiment. Pas de parking près du logement a part payant avec parcmètres,ou parking privatif très chère.

La camera nell'appartamento nuova e pulita, come il resto dell'appartamento. Dotata di tutti i confort. L'appartamento però situato in un vecchio condominio al 5 piano all'interno di un cortile con un altro grande condominio. Vista appartamenti del condominio di fronte.
Il contesto, condomini alti e da ristrutturare. In una stradina di Como relativamente vicino al centro ma stretta e faticosa con le valigie. L'appartamento è dotato di due camere e zona comune, bisogna essere fortunati con gli altri ospiti. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà con WiFi (ripristinata) e canali TV. L'ascensore molto piccolo, due persone e due trolley si fa fatica a chiudere, si deve inoltre fare una rampa per accedere ed un'altra per arrivare all'appartamento. Un po faticoso.
