Wir wurden in Studentenzeiten zurück versetzt, denn das Zimmer ist Bestandteil einer Wohngemeinschaft. Unser Mitbewohner war sehr nett und sein süßer und ganz lieber Hund wohnt auch mit da. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Gute Lage.
Aus der ersten Anzeige war nicht klar ersichtlich, dass es sich um eine Gemeinschaftsunterkunft handelt. Das wurde nun geändert, wir haben es eher zufällig mitbekommen. Auch wenn der Hund ganz süß ist, sollte er in der Anzeige erwähnt werden, falls Leute Angst oder Allergien haben. Das Zimmer war von außen nicht abschließbar (von innen ging es). Die Sauberkeit in den Gemeinschaftsräumen entsprach der einer Männer-WG mit Hund.
