Great Place to Stay

Great place to stay, great value, met my expectations in a positive way. I stayed in room Alpha, right next to the front door, but did not have any issues with noise from other guests coming or going while I was sleeping. Had very positive interactions with the staff and other guests at the property.

The bedding was not as clean as it should have been. The location while good, isn't the most central in Mexico City.

The place is a bit tight for two and the bathroom is outside of the room. The communication ahead of the stay was a bit extensive as well with many messages and forms to fill.

I will never come bak!

It was the worst experience in my life. I booked a double room, a bathroom attached to it. When I got the place, the recepcionist explained this room does not have a bathroom attached. It was a shared one or something similar. I was really exhausted because I came from Europe and I just wanted to rest but every time I needed the bathroom I have to go upstairs. It was horrible! Besides, gamma room has a noisy location in the entire building. I will definitely never come back.

Location is great, but if you dont wanna rest and sleep this is your opportunity. If you wanna rest and sleep. Then, avoid it!

Great location, good communication

Great location, communicative property management, well organized check in/ check out. Room had everything- from bath robes to make-up remover which I did not expect in this price range.

I found bed to be too soft and uncomfortable so I had hard time sleeping. I did not like having to sign rental agreement that was so long that I signed it without reading. I never had to sign rental agreement through Booking before.

The location was great, the room was clean and comfortable.

The toilet is very small and has the sink above the toilet, it one fits one person. It gets flooded very easily. The toilet is on another floor so it’s not very comfortable.

Location was perfect, room was clean, bed was comfy and the host let us keep our bags there after checkout while we waited for our next acommodation to be ready. Host is attentive and easy to communicate with. 10/10!!

Exceptional value, wonderful location, great host

Communications were excellent, the housework, extremely welcoming, and it was a great experience. The location is fantastic. The place is extraordinary value and exceptionally clean.

All of the instructions, the codes and details were quite lengthy. I wonder if it could be more concise? Also, my particular bathroom facility probably needed just a little bit of updating, but also was off the laundry room so it was a bit awkward to access at Times when people were using the laundry.

In the photos it looks way better of what it is. It does not have any natural light whatsoever, also, it is not super clean. There were a few fabric elements that didn't look washed, like the duvet for example.

Condesa home

The kappa room is perfect for a solo traveler, with a window that opens to a peaceful street, lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk, and a personal fridge in the room. There's a shared washer&dryer and a good shared kitchen with drinking water&freshly ground coffee and a lovely terrace.

The shower takes some getting used to, but works fine once you get the hang of it

Small cozy room in calm neighbourhood

Very nice room with a great shower, very central location and good neighborhood. Super friendly host and good communication. Easy check-in.

The room and shower were clean overall, but there where multiple cockroaches in the room during multiple nights. This is the reason for the lower score for cleanliness. Perhaps it can be fixed with a net or lid for the shower drain (?). If this is fixed, I would highly recommend staying there again.

Terrible

It’s really annoying that this kind of hotels just lie and try to deceive. There are some rooms that do not count with a bathroom inside the room… the room details say it counts with a private bathroom. But there is a hidden surprise is not inside the room. Is downstairs outside the room. Shame on everyone that allows this deceiving to happen

The lack of air conditioning made it fairly uncomfortable at times, but it probably depends on the room. The bathroom not being inside the room was a bit inconvenient, but not a deal breaker.

Perfect Location. MexCity is nothing but beautiful around this neighbourhood. Very impressive. Never been in such a place. So much nature. God, the treeeees and the architecture - a Dream. Communication with staff (everything online, Never saw a staff member in real) Waas easy and very convenient.

Room was actually very small, almost to small for two people. Square Meters mentioned online are (according to my experience) a bit of a lie. Would have loved to know the actual size beforhand ( guess around 9m2 plus small bathroom)

Great place, would return again!

I stay in this place for the second time and I really like it. Room is very comfortable, there is always hot water in the shower, and Gerry is very nice and helpful! The rooftop deck is really nice to hang out on sometimes. Location is very convenient.

Comfortable and in a great location. La Condesa has amazing choice of cafes / restaurants and it’s relatively near the park. Staff seem very friendly.

Five stars stay for very affordable price

Awesome stay, great facilities and super friendly staff who made us and our 2 dogs feel welcome. Very good location in beautiful Condesa. Great private bathroom and well working clean shower. Exceeded our expectations and was a warm welcome to CDMX after our long travel. Great value for money. Will return for sure!

Very pleasant and welcoming hostel right in the heart of La Condesa

The room and the whole place was very clean and the service was extremely friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the extra steps the housekeeper took, such as moving my clothes from the washing machine to the drier, and then folding the clothes and taking them to my room! The location is also fantastic, right in the middle of the beautiful Condesa. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

My room could get quite hot from the sun shining at the window (even with the blinds fully closed) - but there was a strong fan in the room, so I actually still felt pleasant. Once, it happened to me that I couldn't get back inside my room - the electronic key topped working. My phone was inside, so I couldn't call for assistance. It eventually started working again after some 20 minutes, and the staff were very apologetic about it when I brought it up. Hopefully, it won't happen to others. But I'd still recommend taking your phone with you to the toiler (which is yours only but usually across the corridor rather than inside of your room)

Perfect location to experience central CDMX

The location, I always felt safe. Privacy, as there is not staff running around. The charging box at the entry (awesome idea).

The smell from the shower drain. I had a bathroom inside my room and the door was a sliding door that did not close completely. Therefore, the smell coming from the shower drain was always in the room, even with windows open at all times.

Good location, low price, but also low quality.

Price, good location, staff helpful, but conversation were on the phone, nobody for the property was there.

Personally didn't like to stay there. Probably I should have understand the quality of this place from the price for one night, it is cheap, the price reflect the quality. So it is also my mistake. My room was on the ground floor, windows could not be opened, no AC, once you have a shower the room get extremely humid, shower kept leaking for long time, also toilet very noisy. bed sheets not well cleaned. If you are looking for something cheap in a good location probably it is a good option. if you are looking for higher quality, and are willing to pay more just go somewhere else.
