Great stay, for a night or more, extremely comfy beds!

The beds in our room were incredibly comfortable (room 122 I believe), probably the best mattresses on our trip so far through Mexico, for context we had been staying in mostly hostels and budget hotels. The hosts were kind and helpful, the water refills were always available and a refrigerator was available to store any food. Wifi was strong and connected in the room. The terrace was nice to enjoy the cool air at night :) the decoration and attention to detail especially with cleaning was really appreciated. There was hot water in the shower at all times. Lovely stay and conveniently located quite close to the airport! About a 20 minute walk to the nearest metro station and there are colectivos at the metro that can bring you closer to the accommodation as well if needed. Families are also welcome here :)

Not necessarily a dislike, just something for guests to be aware of: this accommodation, like many of Mexico's houses, has relatively thin concrete walls and single pane windows. Sound carries up and through the street. We found it entirely tolerable with earplugs and even extended our stay since the beds were so comfy! The photos of the kitchen available is a bit deceptive. For the triple room only the tiny kitchenette with 2 gas burners hidden under the staircase was available, and ran out of gas on our last morning there. Based on photos, we had assumed we would have access to a larger kitchen area but this wasn't the case and it seemed the larger kitchen(s) are for family/quadruple rooms only. If the other triple room is fully occupied it can be a bit difficult to get into the shower/toilet in the mornings or evenings since both the toilet and shower are in the same room. There was another toilet/shower downstairs where the refrigerator/tea area was, but theoretically that is also shared between 3 other rooms. It was never a major issue for us.

Cute, simple hotel near airport

Wonderful, accommodating host. Clean, pleasant room. Convenient distance to airport. It was exactly what I needed for my layover. Special thanks to the host for his patience and friendliness, especially with my last minute booking and lack of Spanish. I felt safe and secure in the hotel, but as a foreigner i probably wouldn't have been comfortable taking a walk alone at night in that area. Not an issue for my purposes.

the list is long. we arrived at around 6pm (not an unreasonable time),we contacted the host to let them know we had arrived and no reply. we had a concert booked that we needed to be at for around 8pm so we was in a bit of a rush really. when it got to about 7:30 we informed the host via WhatsApp that we really needed to go but still nobody had showed up and we was getting limited replies that didn’t make sense. eventually we left our belongings and let them know we was leaving. eventually at around 11pm they got back to us saying this was fine. we kind of expected to be homeless for the night given the circumstances. but we got into the property at around 12:00. when we got in the room. it was very limited and dirty. no towels,no light fitting. was not the room that was advertised. the bathroom wasn’t nice either. somebody had vomited in it which was visible on the walls and by the smell and was never available once in there. it was better not to shower than to use that in my opinion. overall really bad stay.

it was good for my first time in a hostel.

The hostess was very nice and informative. I needed a place on Very short notice and they were available. I will say that at the time was looking for a HOTEL which this is Not. It's a Hostel . Shared rooms shared bathroom. Beds are like boards but it was mostly clean. Shower had sporadic hot water. Bring your own soap. The place is fairly secure as the main entrance is made of metal. My stay was very short, no pictures were taken.

No soap in the bathroom towash hands, the towels were very rough. No spoons to stir the coffee.

Very close to terminal 2. Nice people but pretty basic. If you like to experience how people live in Mexico, you can get a grip of it overhere.

Shower had hot water but it was difficult to get a good temperature. I would spent more money to have more comfort next time.

Very near to airport

No water. I couldn't take any shower during my stay.. No stable Wi-Fi connection. Very small rooms and small beds. Bad quality mattress. Toilets and showers need more cleaning. No privacy in the rooms, ours was located just beside the front desk and didn't have a wooden door but only a glass door (no auditive nor visual privacy)

It's okay for one night if you need a place to rest.

The people running it were really nice

but the room we were given was nothing like pictured. The beds were not in great condition. There are no cooking options or stores nearby, only a microwave. When we tried to get help to organize a taxi in the morning , we were just told 'tomorrow'. With no more effort or help offered. We sat for hours trying to make a plan.

Harmful and useful place ! :)

The owners are very harmful and always ready to help you :) The whole place is very clean and the room very spacious ! Local market every tuesday (1min30 walking) and many shops very close. Airport is like 15min con Uber, very useful if you need to stay for only one or two nights.

La ubicación es buena, el personal muy amable y la habitación en la que me hospede tenía cocina propia y baño privado lo cual hizo la estancia aún más cómoda

Se salía un poco el agua de la regadera, lo cual hacía que se mojara todo el baño, pero de ahí en fuera todo fue increíble.

La limpieza y amenidades como el te, café de cortesía, y refrigerador para guardar tus cosas, fue un bonus. Limpio y con olor lindo.

No contestaban el número que aparece cuando reservas, llegamos y no sabíamos donde era, y el señor que estaba fuera me parece que se llamaba Mario, fue quien nos dio el apoyo y acceso, no había nadie en recepción.
