Good option near the airport

Good sized room, powerful hot shower, decent kitchen facilities with free water, wifi, cute dog. Staff were very kind. The recommended restaurants were good. There is an Oxxo close by.

Prior to arrival I was quite stressed by the host's insistence on providing an exact arrival time and then being punctual with it. With unpredictable traffic and travel plans I think it's quite hard to be so exact. The room was a bit rough round the edges - not a proper mattress and sheets that slipped off in the night. Plus the blind broke when I was trying to open it as it clearly hadn't been moved in a while.

The price was good and the staff were wonderful. Location is close to the metro and airport.

They could be a bit more proactive. If I asked them for anything, they were quick to respond. But, over 9 nights, the sheets and towels weren't changed.

Tres bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour de courte durée

J’y suis resté uniquement un soir de 20h a 3h du matin. La chambre est assez grande avec une salle de bain privative. Il y avait une grande baignoire qui pouvait faire jacuzzi il me semble (je n’ai pas essayée) . Le personnel est adorable et disponible. Dans les endroits commun il y avait des toilettes très propres avec douche( si vous n’en avez pas dans votre chambre) un grand comptoirs de cuisine et frigo. Une petite terrasse où l’on peut fumer. C’est très bien. C’est proche de l’aéroport en Uber et le check in et check out sont super simple Ya de l’eau potable à disposition. Il a épicerie et pharmacie juste en bas

Les seuls points négatifs sont : - pas de porte entre la douche/wc et la cabre donc pas d’intimité - le comptoirs cuisine qui était collé à notre chambre, des personnes sont venu faire à manger assez tard ce qui était dérangeant mais ils ne sont pas resté longtemps - la port est en vitre donc quand la lumière est allumée à l’extérieur ça éclaire l’intérieur

El lugar y la habitación son muy bonitos, el camino para llegar está muy iluminado por lo que sin problemas puedes irte caminando desde el metro, cerca hay un aurrerá y tiendas. La atención excelente, siempre estuvieron en comunicación y fueron muy amables tanto por mensaje como al recibirnos.

Para mi gusto, las almohadas estaban muy altas aunque tenían una tercera menos alta, pero es cuestión de cada quien.

Le matelas n'était vraiment pas confortable. Les murs sont en carton! J'entendais le voisin de chambre écouter son film. Les moustiques dabs la chambre. Les fenêtres étaient ouvertes quand je suis arrivée, il y avait pleins de moustiques et même après avoir fermé les fenêtres.

los taxis o uber no acceden fácilmente sobre todo cuando llueve mucho en la ciudad, como esta cerca de una estación del metro pantitlan hubo un caos por la mañana y mi taxi no podía entrar a las calles, el baño esta fuera de la habitación y es un baño compartido. La barda del baño si es bastante alta así que no se recomienda para adultos de la tercera edad o personas con poca movilidad. Por el precio no esperen un lugar con calidad de limpieza

Las fotos en la pagina son de un edificio que no es en el que se hospedo mi hermano (persona para la que hice la reserva). Se atende en ese edificio y luego lo hacen caminar a otra casa, que es donde estan las habitaciones. El primer dia no tenian agua para bañarse porque ellos mismos cierran la llave del agua sin avisar a los clientes. Resolvieron esto hasta las 11:30 pm, cuando se informó cerca de las 7:40 pm. Lo mismo las toallas. En general se escuchaba mucho de una habitacion a otra y no habia nevera para guardar refrescos, y eso que los mismos encargados indican que es peligroso salir de noche por la zona a buscar comida o agua.
