I don't recommend staying there; the hosts don't like hosting.

The location and the area are safe.

One bathroom was unable to use because of severe humidity issues. They painted the walls, but then the smell stayed. We had to relocate for one night. There is no easy access to a washer and no dryer on the premises. The kitchen is badly equipped, and it is not easy to make simple meals. For a long three-week stay, they never offered to change the sheets or offer tissue paper. The apartment is cold, with no heating and no warm bedding supplied. We booked apartment #3 but once there, we were located at #5. On the day we left, a drunk girl with vomit entered the building, not knowing where she was; the host came out and did nothing.

One of our rooms wasn’t very clean, some lightbulbs and a bathroom weren’t working. We had to ask for washing liquid and toilet paper.

Le falta mucho mantenimiento

Dos días antes de mi llegada me cambiaron el departamento por otro más chico y les dije que sí no aceptaba el cambio que pasaría y solo comentaron que se cancelaría la reservación. Pero si lo aceptaba me reemolsarian $600 por noche y lo acepte. También me pasó que se me perdió la llave de la puerta , se me cayó en el Uber y ya no la pude recuperar , ese día que se me perdió en la noche pedí otra copia y el chico que me atendió me comentó que no había duplicado y yo le quite los tornillos de las bisagras a la puerta para poder entrar ya que el chico que me atendió me comentó qué el no sabía a qué hora llegaría y que los dueños no tenían otra llave al día siguiente era mi salida y en la mañana el chico le marco a los dueños y yo le dije que pusiera en altavoz la llamada y ahí fue donde escuche que el dueño le decía no los dejes ir sin pagar el cerrajero y claro que yo le dije que se lo cobrarán del dinero que me tenían que reembolsar por el cambio de departamento que me hicieron a la mera hora y así puedo mencionar más detalles que me pasaron las persianas caídas que según ellos iban a arreglar cuando llegamos , la puerta del baño que no servía por qué la cerraba y no se podía abrir tuvieron que quitarle el marco a la puerta para abrirla.....son detalles que uno quiere evitar que nos pasen pero bueno .

La atención de los dueños...ya que el personal que te atiende solo recibe ordenes de ellos y obviamente los dueños no dan la cara.
