Nice compact room in a good area of CDMX.

Great location. Building is nice and modern. Concierge staff 24hrs and are very very friendly. The room itself is compact but has everything you need for a short stay.

Rooms are in no way soundproof. Many noises can be heard both from outside and from other rooms constantly throughout the night.

No mal, pero pobre y caro

La ubicación permite conectarse a muchas zonas de la ciudad. Pero la ubicación de la la suite junto al estacionamiento es mala. Se escucha todo, incluso la música del velador o guardia de la puerta.

Muy sucia desde el inicio. Sabanas, cobertores manchados, todo el piso lleno de cabellos. Y el hecho de que no señalan en ninguna parte que el estudio esta junto al estacionamiento, además de que no contaba con estacionamiento. NOS SALVO EDITH DEL STAFF y el guardia Toño que como NO estaba nadie en el estacionamiento, primero nos dejaron quedarnos y ya después nos cobraron $150 por noche. Pero, de otra manera nuestro auto hubiera tenido que quedarse en la calle -con todo lo que implica en la Nápoles, eso…- pues en el estacionamiento que recomendó otro chico del staff NUNCA contestaron.

palazzo moderno con guardiano/portinaio all'entrata. titto e' nuovo e di gusto. camera non grandissima ma tutto e' nuovo e c'e tutto quello di cui si puo' avere bisogno. letto comodo, cucina vera, lavatrice asse da stiro, c'e' veramente tutto! Quartiere tranquillo e verdeggiante ben posizionato. ci tornerei!

El espacio es muy limpio y acogedor. Tiene lo básico para una buena estancia. Sus muebles son lindos y nos pareció todo muy cómodo. Está como a 9 cuadras de la estación una metro.

Hubo un tema de fuga de agua. Pero los administradores lograron intervenir.

Estuvo bien, pero pudo haber sido mejor

La ubicación, la funcionalidad del estudio. El mobiliario y decoración muy bien.

El estanque del WC tenía un problema, no fue resuelto durante mi estadía. Fueron dos semanas con el problema que se repitió varias veces por lo que tuve que operar manualmente el flotador del estanque, eso debería haberse reparado inmediatamente lo informé.

ES PERFECTO, LO RECOMENDARÍA 100% Y VOLVERÉ SIN DUDA.

Cuenta con absolutamente todo lo necesario en baño, cocina, cama perfecta, bonita luz, regadera perfecta, closet completo, bonita ventilación, bonita decoración, EXCELENTE atención de los señores en recepción, silencioso, sumamente limpio y bien cuidadas las instalaciones, todo me pareció maravilloso. La calle en que está ubicado es linda, segura y tranquila.

En el perfil del lugar aparece que cuenta con PARKING Y NOOO CUENTA CON PARKING... Me parece muy importante como huésped saber la información real para planear mejor el viaje. Igual debo decir que es una calle segura así que no fue problema dejar el auto afuera un par de noches.
