Great location, very quiet off a side street across from clay tennis courts. Host provided bottles of water to greet us and the instructions to the unit were very clear.

It's up on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Would've been nice to know but something to consider if you're older or have heavy bags to carry.. The washing machine was broken. Would've been nice to clean clothes but there's a lavanderia around the corner. Bathroom sink was clogged and water didn't go down. I fixed it myself. Towel rack was broken. Cobwebs in some corners and the large TV was in one bedroom instead of the living room. So if you wanted to watch tv, everyone had to lay on the bed. Just in general, the place needs a little attention to freshen it up so it doesn't look dated. But all in all, can't complain too much

Sehr ruhige Umgebung und eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Können wir weiter empfehlen. Leere Parkplätze direkt um die Ecke.

Very nice location in the heart of Condesa, walkable to many things including gyms etc. Nicely equipped with a huge TV in the master bedroom, bed is pretty comfortable as well.

Water in shower is a bit weak and takes a bit of time to get hot. Clothes washing machine wasn't working when I was there. Couldn't fix it in the time I was there.

Location and the fact that there weee three rooms

One bathroom with a bad shower, the sink in the kitchen was clogged and the kitchen smelled like gas! That was a bit scary. I contacted the owners for help many times to unclog the sink but they never came despite saying they would.
