Great Location in Condesa! walking distance to the Chapultepec Park and to many restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops. Convenience to have a washer and dryer in the unit.Easy check in and check out with host giving you all instructions and granting access to the building remotely.

Make sure you are packing light when you stay there, the unit is on the 2nd floor with only stairs, it was a bit of a hassle with our large suitcases. I guess we got unlucky as the neighbors' dogs were barking at all hours of day and night when we stayed there.

The apartment was in a good location and walkable. It was well furnished and the kitchen was well stocked. The owner was very responsive via WhatsApp. The Nespresso maker didn’t work and he offered to pay for our coffee, which was nice. It was also nice to have a washing machine.

The apartment was FREEZING cold and it really impacted our stay. I read another review prior to booking that said a space heater was provided, but unfortunately, we were told one was not available due to the holidays. They did deliver more blankets but we had enough blankets for sleeping. It was a kind offer, but didn’t really help. I don’t understand why they don’t have a heater for guests in case it’s needed? We couldn’t take hot showers to warm up b/c the water was lukewarm, so warning there. There is no direct sunlight into the apartment because all windows face another building. The lack of airflow has made the apartment smell musty. We ended up not using the bathroom in the bedroom because it smelled like mold so we kept the door closed. If you’re sensitive to noise, you can hear some mechanical noise (gate?) just below the apartment at random times throughout the night. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay because of how cold the apartment was—the other things we could overlook. We considered moving mid-stay but ultimately decided it wasn’t worth the hassle. Looking back, we probably should have. Maybe if you’re going when it’s warm in Mexico City, it would be fine?
