La situació, ja que estava molt a prop del centre i molt ben comunicat. L'amplitud. La llum. Sobretot, el fet que la finca té conserge, que eren molt atents, professionals i amables. La relació amb la propietària va ser ràpida i cordial, i va portar algun material que faltava quan li vam demanar.
La zona és sorollosa, ja que hi ha molts restaurants i bars, però el pis està al darrer pis i se sent relativament poc. La neteja podria ser més profunda. A la cuina faltaven algunes coses, com plats petits per tots els hostes i cassola gran.

The apartment is in a great location, central and close to convenience stores, bars and restaurant's. We felt very safe staying here and the reception is manned 24 hours/day.
No air conditioning and the apartment is looking a bit tired and would benefit from a little decorating.

Location was nice Close to festivities Close to restaurants Close to stores Close to Metro Friendly staff I felt safe
Alartment was COLD - no heating and at night we walked the apt in sweaters. It was as cold or colder than outside! Water heater worked SOMETIMES - Takes a while for the water heater to work, then it stops working mid-shower. During December the water is ice cold. Taking a shower was such a task!
