Staff met me at the airport within 15 minutes of my arrival. Coffee in the morning.
The room was adjacent to the bathroom. Very thin walls. Could hear everything thats happening in there on top of being disturbed by the light as the room is separated by a window with a thin curtain. Room was below stairs. Heard all guests going up and down. Safe to say I hardly got any sleep.
Bathroom very small with no space to leave items while showering.

If you are flying to Benito Juárez Airport, the location is very convenient — about a 5-minute walk. Google Maps shows around 25 minutes, but if you go through the tunnel across the highway near Exit 5, it only takes about 5 minutes to reach the accommodation.
The room is very small and narrow, the mattress is hard, and the bed squeaks with every movement. There are no towels, but they are provided if you ask. The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything the neighbors are doing.
Summary: if you need a quick overnight stay close to the airport at a low price, it is acceptable.

The restroom was out side of the room but not big deal

Near airport. Has drinking water and a functional, shared kitchen. Moderately clean. Near small stores and restaurants. Good pressure in shower, but water could be hotter.
The information says they have a shuttle to the airport. I was told to walk. NO SHUTTLE. Very basic accommodations. I had to ask for a towel and a blanket. NOISY. Cold in January with no way to heat room. Neighborhood is sketchy, but there’s a locked gate to the street. Booking information says there is a microwave/fridge/coffee maker etc IN THE ROOM. Not true. There is a shared kitchen. The room has a bed/desk/chair only. It does not have 24 hour desk service as stated.

The hotel is very close to the airport, about 5-6 minute walk. The guy at the entrance was pleasant and effective in doing his job. Neighborhood seems very safe. I really like the outside patio, it was so cute. Good pressure in shower, but water could be hotter.
Everything else. The walls are paper thin and the room we had gave straight in the lobby/lounging room with a glass window. We could hear people arriving or leaving which was terrible as we had to wake up very early. I've never had a bed this unconfortable, it was too hard. We felt like we were sleeping straight on wood planks and actually had a back ache the next day.

staff is nice
The beds are awful, everytime i moved it was making so much noise
The area felt insecure, even during the day i didn't feel comfortable
you have to take stairs to access the bridge to the airport, so if you have big suitcases it can be difficul

This was the worst accommodation we stayed at in MX. double room turned out to be a tiny 100sqf at best room with full size bed and no room for luggage. one bathroom (no towels, soap or toilet paper) for the whole floor- line up. extremely loud. people talking/yelling throughout night, slamming metal doors, the door bell ringing etc. expensive! the worst night in a long time. staff is helpful and you're by the airport but nothing else worth the price.

Helpful staff
Small room, but we were only there to catch a few hours sleep between flights.

We only had about 8 hours at the hotel during a layover. We were able to get some sleep and relax. The staff were friendly and helped us get an early morning taxi. Very close to airport. Bed was comfortable. Not fancy but perfect for what we wanted.
Noise from our neighbors was a small problem but we slept through it.

Close to the airport
The receptionist was rude and didn’t care at all in giving detailed instructions of the facilities. The walls of the rooms looked like they were made of cardboard and the bed was bouncy. Finally, at 6am another guest started to play loud music and the receptionist did nothing about it.

Great place located right next to the airport and very comfortable. The neighborhood is not very walkable thought but it was everything you need for a pleasant stay.

To me this hotel is all about the manager / owner(?) Verenice who really is Very Nice. We could not have been more welcomed. Our airport pick up from T2 was timely and professional and our very early morning drop off at T1 was arranged and executed with precision timing. The bed was comfortable. The area around the hotel was great for the short time we had for a beer and taco, and the morning free coffee facilities were most appreciated.
The main shower room was one setting -- boiling hot. Go for the electric shower cubicle instead.

A short walk from the airport and the host met us at departures to walk us over. Clean facilities and good coffee.

Very close to the airport, 5 minute walk. They were very accommodating even though we arrived at 2 am!
The rooms were tiny and the walls so thin you could hear people whispering on the other side.

Ronaldo was a welcoming, professional, and attentive front desk manager. The hotel is a 5 minute walk over the bridge to the MEX airport T1, and the nearby restaurants and bars were good value. The garden area was pleasant and the bed was comfy and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with a huge fridge.
My first room didn't have an ensuite bathroom but Ronaldo helped switch rooms for the second night stay. There is no signage outside the front gate to know you are in the right place, and it took a couple of door bell rings to alert someone that I had arrived.

I stayed at this hotel near Terminal 1 during a long layover, and it was exactly what I needed. The price was incredibly fair for a private room so close to the airport. One of the best features is the 24-hour reception—they even meet you at the pedestrian bridge exit from the terminal and walk you to the hotel, which made finding it super easy and stress-free.
The room itself was simple, with a fan and a desk—nothing fancy, but perfectly adequate for a night’s rest between long-haul flights. It felt safe and secure, and the neighborhood also seemed calm and safe, which is always a plus near an airport.
There’s free drinking water, tea, and coffee available, and a few nearby street food vendors if you arrive hungry. While it’s not the most comfortable place I’ve stayed, it absolutely served its purpose.
The next morning, it was just a cheap Uber ride to Terminal 2, or if you’re heading out after 5am, you can walk back to Terminal 1 and catch the air train. Overall, I was really glad to find such an affordable and convenient option near the airport. For the price, you can’t beat it.

Location near the airport; tea & coffee & kitchen availability; very friendly and helpful staff/owners; useful information prior to arrival via WhatsApp; very charming yard.
It was very noisy late at night (loud conversation in the kitchen, music from a fair up the street and airport explosion-like sounds). Also, the room had no window, which made me feel slightly claustrophobic. Additionally, I didn’t realise there would be shared bathrooms.

The place was much more then I expected! Everything was good, clean and nice.
Very close to the Terminal 1, and there is even a cool shopping mall within a walking distance for last minute shops or spending a few hours.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The place is very humble and simple and for a layover stay it was great. Super close to terminal 1 and I would have loved to try some of the food around the place, but I didn’t have cash. They offered tea, coffee, water to drink and had hand soap and body wash in the shower. The shower was quite warm if I didn’t turn up the pressure too much.
I needed to either take a bus or taxi from terminal 2 to this accommodation. You need cash to take the bus to terminal 1. It’s a great option and it’s only 25 pesos. I should have done my more research before about this before I arrived. This is my bad.

It is super close to the airport and only a 5 min walk which is perfect if you're staying only one night to bridge time between two flights. Also, I was picked up from the airport which was super lovely, especially as it was already later in the evening and thus dark outside. So I felt quite safe walking to the place. Also everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room was ok, very small and my luggage had just enough space, but for one night thats's totally fine.
The room was very light-hearing. So without earplugs I wouldn't have been able to sleep. Wit earlplugs it went pretty well though.

Staff really friendly and helpful
Great value for money
Quite basic, as reflected in the price.

We are adventurous/experienced travelers, so we knew what to expect. This is a simple but very clean and accommodating hotel. We booked it because other travelers said you could walk to the hotel from the MEX airport (yes, terminal 1 across the walkway and a couple blocks up!). If you arrive at Terminal 2 (typical), then take the 3rd-floor train (ask or look for signes) over to Terminal 1), It was exactly what we expected for the price. If simple, but clean is OK for you, then this is a good overnight airport stay OR, if I was going to visit Mexico City on a budget, then I would consider staying here. I'm guessing you can around the city with public transport at the airport being so close, but because we just did a layover, I didn't explore these options.
No complaints.

Staff are very welcoming and nice. Free coffee in the mornings to enjoy in their little patio where the woodhouse is. Showering on warm water during cold says is really gratifying and though toilets were very basic, it was very clean.
I wouldnt recommend staying here during cold times and the room smelled a bit. But hey, u get what u pay for right?

Great location only a short walk from the airport. Hosts communicated well and were really welcoming. They have 24 hr checkin and picked us up at the airport to show us the fastest walking route even though we arrived after midnight. Has everything you need for a short stay after/before a late/early flight. Fresh sheets, clean towels, hot shower, tea, coffee, drinking water.
Bedroom walls are quite thin so can hear other guests moving about. Not a big deal if everyone is considerate of others.

Very close to the airport and easy with the airport pick up. I am a white woman traveling alone and came at night, so I was very grateful that I didn't have to walk alone and also had someone to help with my luggage. Felt secure in the hotel.
They only speak Spanish, and everything (room, bathroom, etc.) is Mexican standard not German. That means that nothing is soundproof, and it is a different kind of clean. My room was also very small that my big luggage was not possible to open. No curtains to dark out the room.

Ideal for a ong layover between flights, cosy garden, friendly english speaking staff
There is no shuttle. Uber from the airport is 450 pesos. The management suggested to walk which may not be evident depending on your luggage

it was a dump! nothing like photos. dodgy, stinky and horrible. we saw a huge rat in the kitchen. far from the airport if you have luggage like most travellers do. call for direction but no one understands English. there’s no hot water or towel supplied as described. It was totally a scam. so not happy.

They said they had a translator for English and that they would pick me up from the airport, they were told in Spanish by a 3rd party I don’t speak Spanish, what I would be wearing and at what time I would be at their allocates pick up location. I arrive at the airport and say that I am there, they reply saying in Spanish to message 5 min before I arrive at pick up location. I do that. They reply saying to give the ‘translator’ a big hug? When they arrive. I say okay. 60 minutes pass they’re not there, I message again asking if they’re still picking me up, they then say to message 5 minutes before I arrive at location, I tell them I’ve been there for over 40 minutes already and that I told them I was there. They reply ‘Okay’ in Spanish. Another 40 minutes pass and they still haven’t arrived to pick me up. I make my own way to the Casa Del Arbol and when I do I find out they had no intention of ever picking me up. Why lie about pickups in the first place and make me wait around for an hour and a half, why say to my 3rd party there would a translator there as well for when the worker doesn’t know any English. Being honest up front would of been nice, earned the place a better review and not cause me so much stress and worry wondering where they are and where the hotel is as I had no roaming data.

The location is amazing. Just across the airport. I loved Alfredo's attention. He was an angel. I didn't have my phone so all communication was through my laptop, he kept his word all the time.
The difference between staff answering (or not answering) my messages when I needed. It would be great if there was more emphasis on delivering similar type of communication. I learnt afterwards that there was someone working before Alfredo started his shift and I definitely felt the difference. The person's bland and lack of communication before him made me almost try to find another place to stay, I really needed help and I was not getting the at first. Thank goodness for Alfredo.
