If you are flying to Benito Juárez Airport, the location is very convenient — about a 5-minute walk. Google Maps shows around 25 minutes, but if you go through the tunnel across the highway near Exit 5, it only takes about 5 minutes to reach the accommodation.
The room is very small and narrow, the mattress is hard, and the bed squeaks with every movement. There are no towels, but they are provided if you ask. The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything the neighbors are doing.
Summary: if you need a quick overnight stay close to the airport at a low price, it is acceptable.

An easy walk from the airport. We landed at 12:30am, and a staff member walk to the airport to meet us and walk us to the accommodation.
The staff were extremely nice and helpful.
A well equipped kitchen. We didn’t use it as we were only there for 1 night.
The property and room were very clean.
The staircase to our room on the top floor was very sketchy…..one wrong footing would have resulted in a fall to the ground with potentially serious injury.
We had a private room with attached bathroom & shower. The shower didn’t work, and the water from the sink was very temperamental.
The wifi didn’t reach our room.
