Todo está cool la ubicacion muy cercano en mi caso fui al estadio gnp, se ve muy seguras las calles,en la casa todo muy limpio calido agua caliente siempre desayuno muy rico y la actitud del señor super bien buena vibra y atención

Es un lugar súper cómodo, cerca del GNP. He reservado en varias ocasiones y siempre es excelente

El trato del host es super atento , el lugar es súper acogedor y queda perfecto si vas al estadío GNP!! Súper limpio y lindo!

It's a small but very clean, comfortable bedroom with nice bedding and a separate, very clean and private bathroom. Water was provided, as was a complimentary cab ride to the airport the next morning, which is a huge bonus. It's very close to the airport in a safe neighborhood. The room and bathroom are a solid 8. The experience was what lowered the rating.

We had a major issue at this property - and one I've never had before even though I've used booking.com for years. We booked the property a few short hours before our stay - the owner told us later that when that happens, booking doesn't charge your credit card and directs you to pay at the property (which we did once we finally found the house.) In this particular property, you need the owner to allow you access to their gated street so they need to meet you outside. The owner REFUSED to respond to any of our 15 SMS and WhatsApp messages and 8 phone calls over a 1.5 hour period of time - even though the booking was accepted - so we were left on the street by a cab in Mexico City with no communication in the dark at 9 p.m. - foreigners in a very large, strange city. We stood on the street with all of our luggage in the dark trying to call booking.com to get them to communicate with the owner and simultaneously trying to find a new place to book at the last minute when a neighbor saw us and graciously asked if they could assist us. They helped us get access into the gated street. We found the home and knocked on the door, and the owner sheepishly answered and directed us to the room, where we promptly paid in cash. He never explained why he wouldn't answer any calls or messages, just told us we hadn't paid yet (so we paid in cash). The room is fine to stay in for one night only (it is small but comfortable), water is provided - as is a cab ride to the airport the next day - but the owner's refusal to answer any texts, messages, or phone calls caused incredible stress for us. It was completely unnecessary when he could have simply sent a message expressing his concern that we weren't going to pay in cash. I'm still somewhat baffled by the situation and hope nothing like this ever happens again.
