Lovely home to escape the craziness of CDMX

Beautiful home, comfortable and cozy beds. Responsive and caring host. Can do laundry, several spots to chill out. Relatively quiet neighborhood when comparing to the rest of CDMX.

Beautiful, easy access to Camarones station, spacious and easy to get fresh air, Beto was a pleasure to have as a host.

The only difficult part was having to walk out of the room to the bathroom but we didn’t mind. Mostly sometimes awkward when I came out of the shower undressed and ran into other tenants.

You will not be disappointed !

Really beautiful house with several bedrooms and bathrooms - the rooftop room where we stayed had a private bathroom (not attached to the room) and the terrace which pretty much no one else used. Beto, the host, is a really lovely guy. Couldn’t have felt safer and more comfortable - we will be back :)! Xx

El trato del personal fue bueno al inicio de mi estancia. Sin embargo, al momento de la salida la experiencia cambió. Solicité si era posible resguardar mis maletas por un momento y no recibí respuesta. Además, al despedirme con un “buenos días”, la respuesta fue únicamente “12 es la salida”, lo que percibí como poco amable. Entiendo que cada lugar tiene su estilo y que la zona y el precio influyen en el tipo de servicio, pero considero que la cortesía y la comunicación básica siempre marcan la diferencia. Comparto esto con ánimo constructivo para que puedan mejorar la experiencia de futuros huéspedes.

Beto fue cordial al inicio del proceso y el check-in fue claro. Sin embargo, mi experiencia tuvo algunos puntos que podrían mejorar. Llegué con dos maletas y, aunque se notaba que estaba teniendo dificultad, no hubo ofrecimiento de apoyo. También noté tiempos de respuesta lentos en la comunicación, y en una ocasión no recibí respuesta a mi solicitud para resguardar una maleta, lo cual hubiera agradecido al menos una confirmación, incluso si la respuesta era negativa. La zona es más tipo barrio y personalmente me hizo sentir un poco inseguro, aunque esto puede variar según cada persona. Comparto estos comentarios con la intención de que puedan mejorar la experiencia para futuros huéspedes.

Es súper bonita la casa! Y la habitación muy cómoda. El anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente de cómo estaba y si requería algo.

Me quedé en la habitación de la terraza y para llegar ahí, debía subir muchas escaleras y tenía dos maletas. De igual forma, el anfitrión me ayudó pero sería bueno que si llevan mucho equipaje, solicitar una habitación en la casa y no en terraza.

Todo un excelente servicio , absolutamente todo muy bien atendido muy pendiente de nosotros, muy amable y nos entregó la habitación antes de tiempoc y para resaltar mucho el higiene acá respiraras limpieza jaja huele muy bien y aparte las zonas comunes son muy bonitas y organizadas no es céntrico pero pues el Uber no es costoso así que no tuvimos ningún problema con ello

Hay un trato personalizado y te hace sentir como parte de una familia, son muy atentos y brindan la confianza para resolver cualquier duda o atender a alguna situación. El lugar es acogedor y cálido, tiene muy buena iluminación y espacios muy reconfortantes. La seguridad de los espacios me agradó mucho, me hizo tener más confianza y cómoda la estadía.

Excelente lugar

Es un lugar hermoso, con una ubicación fantástica, desde que llegamos nos ayudaron en todo momento, Beto y Tati son súper amables y siempre estan al pendiente. Es una zona muy segura, tiene muchas cosas alrededor y el acceso es facilisimo, para el estacionamiento también muy fácil. La habitación es espaciosa, los espacios compartidos son muy bonitos también y la vista en la terraza de maravilla. Fue una súper experiencia y sin duda regresariamos y lo recomendamos.

Las escaleras son un poco empinadas y con las maletas es medio dificil subir, más allá de eso la verdad el lugar esta increíble!
