Crabb Cottage and escape

The property exudes a simplistic spacious cabin design. They thought of the little things from meal prep basics to complimentary wine on arrival. I tend to road trip with as much as I can due to lack of certain amenities but this property also catered for beach trips with a beach bag, Matt and toys if you have children which I thought was a lovely touch as I would travel with those things. The property is well maintained and clean.

The process of checking in and out needs more attention. The communication with the property is decent but our check in time was not adhered to. We arranged for check in to be at 2PM and while we were delayed due to traffic on the long weekend by the time we arrived at 3:40PM our unit was still being cleaned and we were unable to leave our bags in a holding room or use the loo after a long drive. Instead we took a drive around the town & found a spot to eat to afford the property time and only checked on around 5:30PM.

Lovely location, walking distance of all amenities. A sparkling pool!

The oven did not work, which we did not realise. Maybe just make guests aware so that they can plan meals accordingly.

We found the unit to be exceptionally clean and well-appointed with all the essentials, including a sufficient quantity of dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils. The WiFi connection was reliable and worked perfectly. The bathrooms were similarly well-equipped, providing everything we needed and more. Outstanding value considering the cost.

MY EXPECTATION WAS ALL MET.

I WISH THE OUTSIDE BEDROOM CAN HAVE A TOILET. IT IS A GREAT INCONVINIENCE FOR THE PERSON SLEEPING OUTSIDE. A LEAST A TOILET CAN USE THE INSIDE BATHROOM.
