Manzini Chalets

The location is in a prime location, few minutes from all amenities, beach, restaurants and shops

The mattress was a bit worn out, but I communicated it to the host and they sorted it out.

Breakfast was not included in our room rate. The property was on the main street but was quiet and traffic was not a problem at all. The lighting in the main room is a bit dark especially as it doesn't have access to outer windows. A main light would be appreciated. Plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery etc provided. The braai was cleaned out the next morning which was very good service.

Although the cleaner did a good job daily,it was very disconcerting to find personal possessions left in the chalet twice. The first day her doek was left on the bedside table. The second day she left her bag in one room and her clothes in another. I understand she needs to store her belongings while she is cleaning but they should be removed when she vacates the chalet and moves onto the next.

We had a great time here. The chalet is very well priced for 4 people to stay. It is in a very good location in the town, within walking distance of restaurant and a supermarket. It comes with a bbq to use outside. There is a lovely beach to walk on a short drive away. We saw a hippo walk through town in the evening. The chalet felt safe and there was a security guard in the evening which was good. I would recommend it to others.

The location was very easy to find. We walked to town. It's around the restaurants, supermarkets and others. We saw the beauty of the nature warthog and Hippos saw them there eating around the town.

The owners of the place after you paid for the stay, they send you WhatsApp and emails demanding you to pay an extra R500 for security that will be paid back whenever you do not break anything from their apartment or not making any noise. I think they should tell us about that security on booking.com before choosing them. Some of us going out on vacation for having fun not paying for the library treatment to always keep on saying to others shhhhh we might lose our R500. Also try to make your bedding white, we like to sleep on white bedding when we are out. That 1950's floral bedding is a big no.....
