Very beautiful and relaxing resort, great value for money and experience.
The pool and braai area needs improvement or upgrade, grass is no longer existent, lots of sand gets into the pool due to wind.

Location is central to most points of interest in the area. The cleaning staff are really fantastic, friendly and helpful. The grounds/internal space to the lodges are peaceful and serene.
The front desk staff severely lack customer relationship management. Basic communication such as understanding the difference between a facility vs activity lacks. Facilities are run down and structurally compromised. As an example the platform from the lodge to the curio shop is rotting and unstable. The grass in the snake/croc park is overgrown and neglected. The establishment has so much potential to attract local and international visitors.
