It was a good stay. Comfortable, clean and very peaceful. The place does need maintainance but it doesnt affect guests. It is a very unique place and the staff is exceptionally well trained and very very helpful. They even moved the buffet dinner time to suit us because we have a toddler who eats early. The cultural tour was also a lot of fun and well operated. If you expect 5 start luxury, this is not the place to go, but if you want a true African setting, it is a must.
The food was not great. At a place like that that has its own village, one would expect fresh produce. Rather, we were given vegetables from packets and frozen fries. Think they can really work on that. And also, maintainance around the entrance and gardens, for example giving it a good repaint and replacing the broken flags, may help.

What an amazing traditional village and accommodation.
The staff were wonderful especially Vincent Gumede, the manager who assisted us with a delicate situation.
They are also located near the cheetah 🐆 sanctuary and snake farm which were both making to see

The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Vincent Gumede who went out of his way to assist and cater to our family get together.
The rooms and resort are in need of some upgrading and improvement.

Rooms were clean and neat
The bar and curio shop were closed. Does not make sense for the holiday season and guests have checked in.
