close and central to amenities
parking spot - very narrow, big 8seater parked next to us, we could not park in and open the door. We have parked next to security office.

Security excellent. They even come in the evening to tell us that the hippos were in town. Very friendly.
Dishwasher was out of service.
Outside tap for cleaning sea sand off shoes etc.
Patio chairs were broken.

Self-catering. Dishwasher available. Airconditioning in the main bedroom, fans in the other two bedrooms. Main bedroom has an ensuite and there is a bigger bathroom with bath and shower.
Air conditioning unit in the main area didn't work very well. There was a mop in the unit, but no broom (almost bought one). I feel that coming in from outside at the pool area, there should be a mat inside to prevent all the dirt from being brought into the unit.

The sitting room furniture was nice
The place looked clean and neat but the big cockroaches at night when lights were off. Please fumigate it is serious. They are scary
