Hacienda Holiday Home

Property was very clean and home away from home. I am definitely coming back. Staff was friendly and the owner is an amazing person. We felt like the property owners 😁

This home is definitely a holiday home it's in a very safe place quiet peaceful beautiful mostly the homely atmosphere fresh breeze ❤️❤️absolutely coming back again

Everything was awesome

It is centrally located and very close to the shops and the beach. We did experience some issues with the facilities, but the owner reacted very quickly and helped where they could. I am grateful for their response and help.

Unfortunately, despite the owners doing their best, the facilities were not up to scratch. The fridge was broken in the one unit, and a lot of our food went to waste. Lucky I did have a cooler, but due to the extreme heat, this was not sufficient. In the other unit, the oven was broken. We were 11 people, and we cooked all our own food - it was quite difficult cooking such large meals in one oven. The kitchen implements were also not great. There were maybe 2 pots and bits and bobs here and there. One unit had only 4 teaspoons, while the other did not have enough serving dishes. The patio door fell apart while we were there. The owner did come and fix this very quickly. The aircon in the room was making a noise, which was also fixed. The issues with the fridge and aircon resulted in our not being able to leave for a day, because we had to be available to allow access to the technicians. The downstairs does not have an aircon and it was extremely hot (all rooms had aircons - thank goodness). The owners did provide a fan, for which we are grateful. The bedrooms upstairs have a single shower each. A bath is available as well, but there is only 1 shower.
