Upon arrival, security guy immediately advised us to check out the hippos that are roaming on premises. Without going to our chalet first, we saw the beautiful Hippos up close and personal. That was extraordinary.
For a one night stay or for a couple the chalets are great, but when sharing with children it is uncomfortable they need to walk through our room to use bathroom.

Location, green surrounds, possibility of wildlife in town and property. Very affordable price.
The units are very basics, no luxury. Main bedroom is in the lounge and has no access to direct natural light and ventilation. therefore dark and sticky. 2 additional beds with access to stub. Ideal for one night stays but not for longer. We were 3, that is ok for that price.
