Location, balcony, nice furniture. Well stocked. God air con. Comfortable beds
Pillows were hard. 3rd bedroom is tiny. With 2 single beds in there it’s a very tight squeeze.

There was an issues with cockroaches , although a can of doom was provided. There was also an issue with water pressure dropping during certaim times of the day, i think it migjt be an issue that affects the town on general and one of the shower door panels were missing in the on-suite bathroom.

I liked the location of the facility.
Other than security, I did not meet any other staff. There was no cleaning material available, other than a broom and a bucket we found. The main room toilet and shower had no privacy as there was no door. Also, the toilet was not working properly. I had to keep on fixing the flushing mechanism. The toilet cistin at times would not fill. Whilst we were expected to keep the place clean, there was no mop or cleaning cloth available. Having a staff member coming through to check on us would of been good as we would then be able to explain and ask about our concerns.
