This is our 3rd time booking as we enjoyed our previous stays. However not very pleased with this year's stay.

First of all we booked somewhere in June 2025 for December,yet we was allocated a unit far from the pool. Our unit the doors in the kitchen were broken. My husband fell in coming down the stairs from the jacuzzi and hurt himself,bleeding arm, and hurt on his head. There were no first aid available,not even plasters. We could not use the jacuzzi the next day as the workers were off and the jacuzzi was smelling and dirty. The worst of all was the miscommunication about the activities. Took my kids to the main area waiting for them to start. The lady admin did ask me if the kids are participating,I said yes. However they just packed up an left not saying that the activities are cancelled because of low turnout. We waited there for half an hour , the guy admin by the name of Damien said that he announced if the kids were ready and no one said anything. My son , daughter and I was sitting right next to him and heard nothing so it was his word against ours. I did report it however he said no one turned up and that what he said and no one showed. So it was very frustrating for the kids and myself. Also they close the main area by 10 pm , we were still playing pool tables and table tennis and they had to close up which is very early during a peak period. Also many cars were parked the day before near the pool and no one said anything yet when we parked there the guards told us to move and park by our unit. This was my very favourite place to book in at Lucia but after the experience yesterday, I did tell vukani I won't come again. He is so nice and the lady by the reception,very friendly. However after this experience I rather book elsewhere when visiting that area.
