Location was good, aircon units in all the rooms. Security at the gate is good.
No back up power system, no dishwasher as there is no cleaning included. Unit had some areas with spider webs and lots of dust. We complained but they never came back to clean it.

The place is well located, it is a walking distance to most of the activities arround. Close to restaurants and shops.
The intermittent water supply was a bit irritating 😑. No WIFI connectivity, no backup power for the essentially loads, so that one can at least be able to charge phones.
