Mee(h)rzeit Vacation Home – A Modern Getaway on Lake Wangermeer
The stylish middle townhouse Mee(h)rzeit is located in a new development right on the beautiful Lake Wangermeer and impresses with its high-quality, modern amenities —perfect for families, couples, or a vacation with your dog.
The inviting entryway leads you into the open-concept living and dining area with direct access to the patio and the fenced-in garden. A large glass front provides plenty of light and creates a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. The adjoining, fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want. An additional bathroom with a toilet is also located on the first floor.
The garden is separated from the neighboring houses by privacy screens, offering a private retreat for relaxing, sunbathing, or enjoying cozy get-togethers.
Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms—one with a double bed and a smart TV, the other with two single beds and a practical workspace. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, and a washer-dryer is also available.
Underfloor heating, a ventilation system, and electric exterior roller shutters ensure exceptional comfort.

b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of persons with severe disabilities who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance.
