Spend a relaxing getaway in our modern vacation home, located just a few steps from the idyllic Wangermeer. Whether you’re a couple, traveling with the whole family, or bringing your dog along—everyone will find the perfect place here to relax, enjoy themselves, and take a deep breath.
The house welcomes you with a bright entryway on the first floor. Here you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a modern bathroom with a shower. The open-concept living and dining area flows seamlessly into the well-equipped kitchen and offers direct access to the garden—ideal for socializing both indoors and outdoors. A laundry room with a washing machine is also available and leads to the adjacent garage.
Upstairs, you’ll find another bedroom with a double bed and a crib, a lovingly decorated children’s room with two single beds, and a spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub—perfect for families with children or couples traveling together.
The large garden is completely fenced in and, with a covered patio, sun loungers, and a grill, offers the perfect setting for relaxing outdoors. Children will love the sandbox and the swing, while dogs can safely run around and move about freely.
For explorers of all ages, there are three bicycles, a children’s bike, and a go-kart—perfect for actively exploring the surrounding area. After an eventful day, it’s wonderful to unwind at the house—whether with a cozy meal on the terrace or a movie night in the living area. The climatic health resort of Hohenkirchen (Zone 2) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, their ages, and the length of stay. Information on the high and low seasons and the corresponding prices can be found on the Wangerland Touristik website.
The following are exempt from the guest tax:
a) Children up to and including 3 years of age.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance.
Additional services that can be booked directly with the landlord upon request for a separate fee:
